PVC Annual General Meeting was adjourned due to insufficient voting members attending. The AGM is being adjourned and will occur by the 16th of October 2013. We will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday the 11th of September 2013. The meeting will be held at the Schools Boat Shed (Bruce Neil Drive Penrith near Nepean Rowing Club) at 7.30pm. In accordance with our constitution four (4) members will be retiring from their positions. To be eligible to nominate and vote at the AGM you must be current financial member of Penrith Valley Canoeing. Registration details are available on our website. If paying by direct deposit, please ensure payment is made to correct bank account. PVC operate a Flatwater and Whitewater account. PVC are fortunate to support two paddling disciplines. The committee requires representation from members from the Flatwater and Whitewater disciplines. If you are interested in join the committee but are unable to attend the AGM please email your details to pvc@paddle.org.au and indicate your preferred committee position and your name will be put forward at the AGM.
PVC is your club and needs an active committee to expand our presence within the sport and provide services to our members to make the club a club. For those who still need to register please note that the registration fee for non NCE whitewater paddlers will include the whitewater copayment fee.
